Do you like to challenge yourself on hills when golfing? Well then come to Citrus Springs Golf and Country Club where the hills are reminiscent of the North Carolina golf courses hills. Elevation changes and sharp dog legs on several of the holes require precise iron work and concentration as well. The first set of 9 holes at Citrus Springs opened in 1973 and then the second set of 9 holes opened in 1977. Golfers of all skill levels can play here because they offer four sets of tees to play from. But be careful because an errant shot may be end up in a tree for good. They also have a restaurant available called the 19th Hole. Also available is a driving range, practice greens, and a pro shop.

As a Van der Valk Inverness guest, you will receive unlimited free green fees! Cart fees are not included and cart fees prices change according to the season and can vary from $15 to $18. Citrus Springs is not very far from Lakeside. Take a right out of Lakeside and continue north on US Highway 41 for about 10 miles. Take a left once you come to W Country Club Blvd. Continue on W Country Club Boulevard until the end of the road. It will be about 2 miles. Take a left at the end of the road. You will be on N Golfview Dr. Immediately after that left hand turn onto N Golfview Dr, Citrus Springs Golf and Country Club will be on your left.
