ValkUSA started their real-estate activities in 1999. During the years we have build and sold more than 100 single family homes at the golf course of Lakeside G&CC in Inverness, Florida. 

In 2001, ValkUSA founded Van Der Valk Construction, Inc and began constructing the homes their selves. With a 10 year warranty program and a design team this new venture was a success story immediately.

ValkUSA has currently several developments, The Villages of Inverness, The Town homes at Lakeside and the Tradewinds subdivision on the Homosassa River.

Besides selling our own ValkUSA homes, our real estate office can assist every prospective buyer with the purchase of their (vacation) home elsewhere in Florida, as well as the sale of their investment property.

The Inverness Villages subdivision has 500 lots suitable for single family homes, located less than one mile from the Lakeside Golf and Country Club in Inverness, Florida. With standard upgrades as clay roof tile, granite countertops, this hilly project is unique in Central Florida.
On The Homosassa River, ValkUSA and LivinUSA have a joint venture Resort consisting of 56 luxury single family homes constructed around a Marina, and located 2 miles from the Homosassa Springs and about 10 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.
