ValkUSA is the collective name of several Van Der Valk Branches in Florida.

ValkUSA started in 1999 on the realestate market, with sale, rentals and property management of vacation homes in Florida. The last 2 years our organization has expanded enormous and a few businesses have been added.

Van der Valk Construction is the homebuilder branch of ValkUSA. Van der Valk Construction is member of the Citrus County Builders Association and Bonded Builders Home Warranty Group with an excellent claim free record.

We build our home according the strict rules of the Florida Building code. For example a concrete slab foundation and reinforced concrete block for the exterior wall. Our subcontractors are certified and licensed. Construction is insured through a builders risk policy.
