Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations

If cancelled up to 61 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 250 will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy
This defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements.

A fixed amount of USD 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking.

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds. If you do not want to offer extra beds at all, please use the bed type "no extra beds available".

All children under 4 years are charged USD 70 per stay for cots.

All older children or adults are charged USD 50 per stay for extra beds.

This describes what type of internet is available, in which location in the hotel and at what cost.

Meal Plan
This policy defines the breakfast and meal plan. Note that the system defines half board as shortcut for breakfast and dinner, full board as shortcut for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
