Discover Villa Valk! This spacious three-bedroom vacation rental can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a full bathroom, while the guest bedrooms offer one queen-size bed and two twin-size beds, along with a shared bathroom with a shower.
After a day filled with outdoor activities, return to the peaceful atmosphere of your vacation rental to unwind. Gather around the dining table to share stories and enjoy meals prepared in the comfort of your fully equipped kitchen. With a refrigerator, microwave, full-size range with oven, and coffee maker, the kitchen has all the amenities you need to make mealtime a breeze. Additionally, save time and money with the convenience of a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.
The private pool area, located on the south side, has a large covered area with a patio table and chairs.
The pool can be heated with an electric heat pump, upon request (extra charge).

The communication was outstanding. The staff kept us well informed about our upcoming trip. They also provided very clear instructions for arrival, things to do during our stay, and departure procedures.

The property was perfect for us. We visit the area every year. This year, however was the first year we had brought our grandkids with us. The number of bedrooms were perfect. The pool was a blessing as it occupied the grandchildren while grandpa and grandma took a break. The neighbors were never an issue. Most of the time we never knew anyone else was around. Home was very clean and well maintained.

The team goes beyond to accommodate guests. The entire team and staff are amazing.

We felt very relaxed and at home during our lengthy stay. We were given a grill, bicycles, and even a larger t.v. for bowl games. The property is beautiful with a golf course and lake. It is safe to walk and enjoy wildlife. The neighborhood is quite friendly and extremely safe with retirees and golfers.
