This is an Executive Villa and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi that is located along the tee-box of hole 15 of the Lakeside Country Club in a small neighborhood with lots of Palms and old Oak trees.

This house is pet free and smoke free. Smoking is permitted outside in the Lanai area only.

The Lakeside subdivision is an ideal location for your family trip, close to beach, golf and nature! (Hiking, Kayaking, Biking and Birding)  For your groceries there's a Publix within 5 minutes distance from the house. Or you can drive to many other places within 10 miles, such as, Wal-Mart, local grocery stores and restaurants.

We have 2 security cameras facing the drive way. (garage & on right side of the house) We have one security camera outside on pool deck. There is no audio on these cameras. There are no camera's inside the house.
