Description
Villa Prins is a spacious vacation home featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, complete with a private swimming pool and situated right along the fairway of hole 5. After a fun-filled day in the sun, relax in the comfortable living room, equipped with a smart TV and internet access.
Adjacent to the living room, you will find the dining room with seating for four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a refrigerator, microwave, full-size range with oven, and a coffee maker.
Both master bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living room, each furnished with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is an extra powder room for guests.
Enjoy the sunshine and tranquility of Lakeside Country Club from the private pool area, which has a large covered area with seating for four guests and lounge chairs. Please note that the pool can be heated for an additional charge, and reservations cannot exceed 14 days per owner preference. Also, kindly note that stricktly no pets are allowed on the premises due to allergies of home-owner.

Villa Princ was a wonderful home. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and were impressed with the amenities available. The pool area was a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the golf course. The neighborhood is very walkable and we enjoyed getting out and walking the loop. We also enjoyed a round of golf and it was wonderful being so close. The location is great.

One reason I decided to book the reservation at Van Der Valk was because of the good feeling I got when I called! After much searching, I felt confident that the facility was well managed! I mostly dealt with Justina who was very friendly and informative. She answered all of my questions and gave advice about area restaurants. Anyone who answered the phone was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful setting. The grounds were immaculate. Even though no one in our party was a golfer, we enjoyed watching the golfers go by! We also enjoyed watching pop-up storms from the comfort of our lounge chairs in the lanai. Spacious accommodations. Very comfortable and clean. With two master bedrooms, it was spacious for four. The pool was fabulous and much needed as the weather was hot during our stay. Wish we knew there were pool accessories in the garage!
