Description
This is a 4 bedroom and 2-bathroom Vacation Villa with a swimming pool. You will find that the living room is perfect for any family to relax and enjoy after a long day in the sun, the living room comes complete with a TV, Internet access, and Cable TV.
Adjacent to the Living room you will find the dining room which has seating for 8 guests. This Van Der Valk Vacation Home comes with a fully equipped kitchen which is perfect for entertaining whether a gourmet chef or just a home cook trying to put dinner on the table after a long day exploring Citrus County, this open concept kitchen has all you could need.
The master bedroom is located at the right side of the living room and comes with a king sized bed dressed in luxurious bedding and an en-suite bathroom, the next bedroom has a queen size bed and shares the second bathroom with the two guest bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. The private pool area is on the south side and has a large covered area, with a table for 8. Around the pool there is ample room and has lounge chairs.
The Resort
Lakeside Golf Community is a small subdivision close to Downtown Inverness. Next to the Withlacoochee State Trail and close to local groceries and shoppes. Many restaurants, groceries, medical clinics, Wal-Mart, and a 24 hour pharmacy are within minutes of the Resort. The Terra Vista and Citrus Hills fitness and spa facilities are 8 minutes from your Vacation home.

The Grandjean villa needs some updating (we had a few issues with the dryer and stove). But overall we've been very pleased with the house and the space that it has. It enables the whole family to be together without anyone having to sleep on a couch. :-) and having the screened in patio and pool area is one of our favorite things.
