Welcome to Live Oak Landing! Enjoy beautiful views of the 18th hole from your veranda, and relax in a beautifully decorated and spacious two bedroom/two bath condo. Your condo boasts brand new king and queen-sized beds, walk-in shower and closet in the master bedroom, 65” smart TV, 200 mbps wi-fi, Blu-ray player, washer/dryer, and fully-appointed kitchen.
You can dine at the Lakeside Country Club, which is just a 5-minute walk from your front door, or continue on around the golf course for a beautiful 3-mile morning or evening walk around the neighborhood. Runners, walkers, and bicyclists will love having easy access to the Withlacoochee State Trail, which is directly across Highway 41. The Withlacoochee Trail is part of Florida’s Rails to Trails system, and is the longest paved rail trail in Florida at 46 miles, and is mostly shaded. There are 2 bikes available for use, but please know, they will need to be carried up & down the stairs as HOA does not allow them to stay outside.
Three miles away, downtown Inverness is a quaint small town with restaurants, sidewalk seating, and live music. After dinner, take a stroll around Courthouse Square, grab an ice cream from one of the two ice cream parlors, catch a movie at The Valerie, or walk over to Cooter Pond Park where there are walkways over the water, a large fountain, and the opportunity to see alligators, turtles, and other wildlife. Or bring your fishing pole to do a little bass or bluegill fishing.
If you want to adventure a little further away, check out local places such as Crystal River where you can swim with manatees or Rainbow Springs State Park where you can swim, snorkel, scuba dive or kayak in fresh water springs. The unit was spacious and well organized. We really liked sitting on the porch. Decoration was really nice, for example the artwork with turtles. Kitchen was well stocked. We thought the area was great. Really liked the avenue of oak trees and looking at the golf course.
