Very nice neighborhood. Quiet and beautiful tress. House was clean and well equipped
Clean well located unit with great views exactly as advertised - no complaints and host was very responsive and nice - one small complaint is that Listing read as if all beds were true beds - one bed was a pull out sofa :( and not as comfortable as a real bed. Host said a bottle of wine was in unit - maybe we didn't missed it - we don't drink so not an issue - nice for Host to add a complementary bottle of win - maybe the cleaners enjoyed that bottle :) Overall - we would book again.
Positive: Lovely home! Had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool most of all. Negative: What's not to like. If I had to say anything a keypad entry would have been nice so you didn't have to get keys but the management office was close by.
Always a pleasure to stay at one of Chris’s homes. The pool was great and having floats available was fantastic. Large roomy kitchen and comfortable beds as well as couches.
Great stay for Labor Day weekend. Wonderful pool. Huge, well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay again!
Cozy little villa in a quiet but kinda exciting town. i loved our stay, it was exactly what we needed for our son’s bday / labor day trip. i would def recommend !!
My family and I stayed here from the Friday before Labor Day to the Wednesday after and had a very relaxing and well needed break. The home was beautiful, clean, accommodating and the pool was where we lived! The host Chris was more than professional and his hospitality is top tier. This is our second visit to one of Chris’ properties and it will not be the last. We look forward to our next trip to one of these homes. Thank you Chris.
Beautiful home with a large screened pool with large deck and comfortable seating for a large family. We’ve rented vacation pool homes several times from Chris. They have been perfect for our family events.
There was an issue with the HVAC the first night. Chris and his team were amazing and got us taken care of. I will use him again. Great job Chris and team
