The house was perfect, exactly as described and pictured! The pool and lanai were amazing!! It felt very private even with close neighbors. My grandchildren had a wonderful time and it was hard to drag them away. Check in and out were very easy. Thank you
My family visits the Inverness area annually to visit relatives, and this house was certainly a standout. Beautiful home with a very nice pool and backyard in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood near lots of shopping and restaurants. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Chris was a very responsive and friendly host. We reached out to Chris the evening we arrived and mentioned that one of the screens above the pool was ripped, and he had the screen repair guy at our house to fix it early the next day. I also asked about the controls on the spa, and Chris replied quickly with helpful information. Super nice guy, and very helpful. Office staff was very welcoming, too, when we arrived to pick up the key. I am hoping to be able to rent from Chris and the staff again in the future. A big thanks to all!
The bed was amazing. The bed was so comfortable I struggled to leave it in the morning.
This house was exactly what we needed. Very close to our place of Work. For the time we were in the area. Very calm and relaxing. We did have to pick up the keys at a different location, but other than that we had no issues.
Really nice house. Very comfortable and kitchen had EVERYTHING..... flour, sugar, pepper, salt, coffee, utensils, plates, bowls..... EVERYTHING! Really nice to not have to go to the grocery for a seasoning or sugar. Very comfortable. Pool is massive! Very pleased with the accomodations.
The house was very nice and the pool/deck area was fantastic! Chris was great at communicating and the price was very reasonable! We'd definitely repeat our stay if/when we are back in Florida again!

From the very beginning, Chris was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We originally booked a five-bedroom house, but about a week before our trip there was an issue with the property that was out of his control. Chris was upfront, honest, and accommodated our group by providing two villas right next to each other at no extra cost. Our group of 9 family and friends still had an amazing three-night stay. The second villa actually worked out great, giving anyone who wanted some quiet time a place to relax away from the larger group. Chris also allowed us to check in early and use the grill at no additional charge, which was a huge plus. We had planned to spend one whole day at Rainbow Springs, but we enjoyed the villas so much that we found ourselves wanting to stay and relax there instead. Overall, Chris went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We would definitely stay with him again and highly recommend his properties.
