We're excited to welcome Waterway Retreat to our portfolio. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome sits in the quiet Cypress Cove community in Inverness, FL, and it's one of the most well-rounded properties we've added in a while.

The property

Sleeps four comfortably. Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own bathroom, so couples traveling together or families with older kids get real privacy. The living area is open and easy, with a full kitchen stocked for cooking in.

Outside, you've got kayaks ready to launch, and bike rentals just around the corner on the trail, and a pool to come back to. The Withlacoochee State Trail runs nearby, and the water access makes it simple to spend a morning paddling before the afternoon heats up.

The location

Cypress Cove puts you close to downtown Inverness without being in the middle of it. You can walk or bike to the square in a few minutes, grab coffee, browse the shops, or catch dinner at one of the spots along the waterfront. Crystal River and its manatee tours are about 20 minutes west when you're ready to get out on the water in a bigger way.
