Very nice 3 bedroom unit. Upstairs with a great private balcony that was nice for eating and reading. Very clean and quiet.
The condo is dated and is in need of a makeover. The beds are firm and caused some sleep issues for some people in my group. We had an issue with the A/C unit one night and found that the filter had not been changed in quite some time. Mold and dirt covered the filter. It turned out to be a faulty float switch. The rest of the condo was clean and the host was easy to get ahold of. This property simply gets the job done with no frills.
We had 3 days of kayaking in the different springs in the area this condo was in great location to many of the springs. Very clean place to stay. Highly recommend. We had 4 adults with plenty of room to fell at home
