The quick and helpful communication with the owner made our stay very easy and comfortable. The property was beyond our expectations from the photos and we were able to let relatives from overseas really experience what it’s like to live in Florida.
The house was well appointed, clean, and perfectly located for us to ride the Withlacoochee State Trail. The number of beds was perfect. The pool was great, but the hot tub was not very hot. Plenty of seating inside and out on the patio. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.
We stayed here while attending a wedding, and the location was perfect—only four minutes from the venue. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Chris was a great communicator and responded promptly to any messages. We were there during the daylight savings time change, and Chris went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure everything went smoothly. We really appreciated the extra effort and had a great stay.
