Description
This is an Executive Villa and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi that is located along the tee-box of hole 15 of the Lakeside Country Club in a small neighborhood with lots of Palms and old Oak trees.
The Lakeside subdivision is an ideal location for your family trip, close to beach, golf and nature! (Hiking, Kayaking, Biking and Birding) For your groceries there's a Publix within 5 minutes distance from the house. Or you can drive to many other places within 10 miles, such as, Wal-Mart, local grocery stores and restaurants.
This house is pet free and smoke free. Smoking is permitted outside in the Lanai area only.
We offer free Wi-Fi internet and nationwide phone service.
The pool & spa can be heated with an electric heat pump, upon request (extra charge).

I felt right at home here, only I liked it better than home! The resort was very well maintained and quiet. Such a beautiful place. Villa grobben was fantastic! Such a beautiful house with plenty of room and well decorated. I didnt want to leave!

This home was extremely clean. My family and I felt super comfortable during our stay. There were many seating options, and everything we needed was available. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked nicely like your home. The pool and the outdoor patio area were clean and comfortable. The kids had a blast swimming the entire time we were there. The beds were a little too firm for us; but we would definitely come back here again!

We arrived earlier than expected and was greeted with smiley faces. Check in was very smooth and the ladies answered any questions we had. Their recommendations to restaurant were amazing!

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the house. After traveling from such a distance it was very refreshing not to be pressed to run right out to purchase toilet paper products or garbage bags! However we did bring that with us it was nice to have then right at hand. The pool area was nice as well and pool was free of debris. Kids jumped right in and it made for a wonderful family vacation.

Overall a very nice stay. I say this with experiences at Callaway Gardens GA, Hot Springs Ark, Hilton Head SC, Barton Creek TX and others. Would come back if we play UF again. Recommend you play up the reduced fee access to Juliette Falls. That's a fantastic course. Lakeside needs a lot of work. If it was not so convenient, I would not even consider playing it again.....we lost several balls in the middle of fairways!
