This villa is great for hosting family and friends with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate dining room, TV room, open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 car garage, pool, jacuzzi, home office area and free wifi throughout the house.

Swim, dine and relax as you watch beautiful sunsets from the backyard lanai overlooking a pond filled with Floridan wildlife adjacent to the 8th green of Lakeside golf course. The pool is huge and suitable for lap swimming. The jacuzzi can be heated for an optional charge. 

A large living room and kitchen opens up to the lanai and pool area equipped with lots of lounge chairs and seating for outdoor dining. The 4 bedrooms are accessible from the living room and the kitchen. The master bedroom is very spacious, has its own TV, direct access to the pool and a large bathroom with plenty of storage space. Two bedrooms with a King and 2 Twin beds share a bathroom and one bedroom with a Queen bed has its own private bathroom. From this bathroom you can access the lanai and the pool.  The house comes fully equipped with bedding, towels and everything you need to feel at home.

Lakeside is not a gated community, but feels like one with friendly neighbors who know one another, located in Inverness which has great casual dining, convenient grocery stores, nearby beaches, rivers, 48 miles bike trail and best of all, great weather! It's an ideal place to relax, golf, bike, hike, fish, snorkel, rent a kayak, airboat or pontoon. In addition to golfing on the course out your backdoor, you can play 18 holes and dine at some of the most beautiful semi-private and public golf clubs in the area, including Skyview, Juliette Falls, Twisted Oaks and Inverness Country Club.  Plan a trip to explore nearby Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park or one of the other local parks and lakes where you can swim with the manatees, an experience you can't miss!
